It was a good day. We ignored the chores needing to be done at home and spent the morning at the park instead. The kids played, we took a walk through the park (Addison rode her bike), and we ate a picnic lunch. Nothing special or monumental happened...so why is it blog-worthy??
There were no fits.
There was no arguing.
There was no whining.
(Addison insisted on wearing Kyle's sunglasses...nice.)
The kids played well together.
(Jake ran after Addison yelling, "Sissy...sissy."
He wanted to be where she was...so sweet.)
These days...a fit-free, argument-free, whine-free morning is SO blog-worthy.
