Addison's vocabulary has grown so much in the last few months. I am amazed by what she understands! She follows simple directions pretty well. Here's a rundown on some of her words:
baby=baby (This is one of the few words she pronounces "correctly." Baby also might mean teddy bear or any other stuffed animal)
ot=hot (She says this when I bring her food that is even minutely warm. My favorite part is when she "blows" on her food to cool it.)
Babby=Abby (This is a doll my mom gave Addison for her birthday.)
Uh-Ooooo=Uh-Oh (She says this when she drops something, but what makes it adorable is that she says the "oh" part like a northerner...so imagine someone from Fargo, ND saying uh oh.)
coo=cow
dhoe=shoe
gock=sock
eye, nose, ear (At times she doesn't point to the correct body part, but we're working on it!)
keef=teeth
craca=cracker
That's all for now. It's been so fun to see Addison's little personality emerge. She is such a joy. Though she has her moments (did I mention she knows the word "no"), we have a lot of fun having her around!! She's a keeper :)
