Playing in the Snow and Some Firsts

I can't remember when we've had such a snowy winter. We've had 2 snow days here (of course...when I'm on maternity leave). Unfortunately, it's also been bitter cold, so playing in the snow has been tough. Addison and Kyle did catch one day of decent temperatures.

I can already tell I am slacking in capturing as many "moments" with Jake. I was determined to not be the stereotypical family that has 3 gazillion pictures of their firstborn and significantly fewer photos of the rest of the children. I will do better. And now, some firsts.

First bath. He hated every minute of it.

First bottle. Bottle=freedom. I can be away for more than 2 hours now...yippee! Not that I've been away for more than 2 hours, but at least it's in the realm of possibility now.

Jake took the bottle very well. He doesn't seem to be too particular about his food, as long as he gets it in a timely manner.

And, on an unrelated note...this lady...

We miss her...lots.
