First Haircut

Since I just recently gave Jake his 2nd haircut, I thought I should maybe document his first. For frugality's sake, I decided to give Jake his first haircut...as brave/stupid as it may sound, it actually was fairly easy. I read a few tutorials online, researched and purchased some scissors and clippers, and got busy. Jake's first haircut was also my first haircut :)

Here's the before. His sweet curls had gotten a little too mulletish for me.

And here's the after (obviously on a different day). As you can tell, it was still a little on the long side. The second time around, I was a little braver and cut the sides and back shorter.

It's amazing the difference a haircut makes. My baby suddenly turned into a little boy!!
