We had a great Easter weekend this year. It started with the Easter Sun Run on Saturday morning. This was the first year we all wore our shirts and we all walked. The kids were both very excited about being in a "race." It turns out that Addison is quite the speed-walker. She had her hips swinging the whole 2-miles. Jake alternated between running at a full sprint (it was a 2-mile walk...mind you) and riding on Kyle's shoulders. Maybe next year we can all do the 2-mile run.
Easter morning was beautiful. We dressed up, snapped a few pictures and headed to church.
After church, we headed to our friends' house for dinner and Easter egg hunt. It was a fun and relaxing afternoon.
