Wednesday at 12:20. That's it...that's my favorite moment of the week. The burden of teaching, to-do lists, and classroom chaos is lifted from my shoulders at that moment each week. I drop my students off at the lunchroom, update my job-share partner on the goings-on of the week, pack up my stuff and head home. I feel a physical and emotional lightness that is only matched by the feeling right before summer break. Love it!
