I really enjoy lunchtimes with Addison. Jake has usually already eaten and is playing on the floor. One thing that has become important to me is making sure I serve Addison a vegetable at lunch and dinner. I have found one successful way of encouraging her to enjoy veggies. We've gotten into the habit of making lunch faces. It works like a charm, she almost always finishes her plate...veggies too. I got the idea from my college roomie, Sarah's blog.
Addison enjoying her kittie face: bean burrito ears, carrot eyes and whiskers, dip for the nose, and peach slices for the jowls.
Spiky hair guy: quesadilla hair, blueberry eyes, dip for the nose, yellow pepper smile.
Addison named this one "Daddy": red pepper hair, blueberry eyes, dip nose, ketchup smile, and grilled cheese sandwich beard.
