While at the grocery store tonight we had a bit of an accident. Addison wet through her diaper and was not happy about it. I had an extra diaper in my purse, but no extra shorts. So, Kyle took Addison out to the van to change her while I finished up shopping.
Side note: Kyle is a super-great daddy. He is going to teach Addison all kinds of important life lessons: how to play the guitar, how she should be treated by guys, that she is a precious daughter of God...all kinds of life-altering lessons.
Back to the grocery store story, when I had finished my shopping and headed out to the van I found quite a sight. Kyle was rocking out (he has a deep-love for 80s rock bands) to "Love in an Elevator" (Aerosmith), teaching Addison to concert clap (clap over the head). She was absolutely loving it...dancing, having a grand time.
I smiled and shook my head...just another daddy life lesson :)
